Out-of-State Phone Consultation

Summit Chiropractic & Wellness Center is a very busy office, and as a result, same day appointments are often not available.

All consults are billed at a rate of $70 per 30 minutes, and require a non-refundable up-front payment of $70 for the first 30 minutes, due at the time of schedule confirmation.

Please provide Dr. Billiris with all prior lab results, x-ray, MRI, CT, and any other prior imaging and office visit reports from prior treatments and or evaluations. Drop off, email, or mail these items prior to your scheduled consultation date.
